Executive Coaching

Coaching for senior leaders, with an insider's view.

I know how senior leaders are assessed, by boards, peers and the teams they lead, because for fifteen years I was one of the people leading the assessment. I bring that into every coaching session.

"Kate doesn't simply help organisations hire great leaders; she helps leaders make better decisions. I made better decisions because Kate was willing to ask the questions others often wouldn't."

Three Routes In

Three waysto work together.

Whether your organisation is investing in a leader, you're deciding your own next move, or you lead the function that hires everyone else.

01 · For Organisations

Corporate leadershipcoaching.

Senior leaders carry disproportionate weight, yet most organisations invest in talent below leadership level and leave their most influential people to navigate their biggest challenges alone. This is one-to-one coaching built around the leader's real challenges and live decisions, focused on the few shifts that will make the greatest difference in their role.

Who I work with
Director, VP and C-suite leaders, with a particular focus on tech and AI, in person in Berlin or virtually across Europe.
Length
Typically four to six months, one-to-one.
Weeks 1-2 · Discovery
Senior stakeholder briefing to align coaching objectives with business goals and define success upfront.
Month 1 · Foundation
A 90-minute diagnostic to surface patterns, blockers and the two or three shifts that will move the needle most.
Months 2-4 · Coaching
Structured sessions applied to live challenges, so behaviour shifts ripple outward into teams and decisions.
Final month · Review
A confidential closing review, with outcomes assessed against the agreed objectives and next priorities identified.

This is not off-the-shelf leadership development. It is a rigorous, confidential partnership, with measurable progress assessed throughout and outcomes agreed in advance. On the approach

What Your Organisation Gets

Coaching that serves the leaderand the business.

Objectives agreed upfront

Goals are set with you and the leader in a stakeholder alignment session, so the coaching serves the business, not only the individual.

A clear closing review

Progress is reviewed against the objectives we agreed, at the level of goals and outcomes, never session content.

Real confidentiality

I coach within the ICF Code of Ethics: what is said in sessions stays between coach and client. That trust is what makes honest work possible.

An independent coach

No search mandates and no agency incentives. My only agenda is the leader's performance and growth in their role.

When Organisations Work With Me

Four momentswhere coaching pays back.

01

New leader onboarding

A recently appointed executive navigating the critical first 90-180 days. Building authority, relationships and momentum at pace, where the cost of a slow start is highest.

02

Leadership transition

A leader stepping up in scope where the shift is as much behavioural as technical. The skills that got them here will not automatically get them there.

03

High-potential development

A future leader identified in succession planning, given the depth of development that internal programmes rarely provide, and a reason to stay.

04

Performance & retention

A valued leader in a period of friction. Coaching that works on the real problem, not the presenting one.
